Denim retailer True Religion has leased a 9,100 s/f at 513 Broadway in Soho.
Acting on behalf of the landlord, 513 Broadway LLC, RKF’s Ariel Schuster, negotiated the transaction, offering 2,900 s/f on the ground floor, plus two levels below totaling 6,200 s/f.
Jason Pruger and Aaron Cukier, both from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, acted on behalf of True Religion, which will be relocating into this new space from 132 Prince Street.
California-based True Religion expects to open its new SoHo store during the first quarter of 2015.
“The move to 513 Broadway enables True Religion to take advantage of the robust foot traffic on Broadway,” said Schuster. “They will be joining a host of well-known retailers in the immediate area, including The Gap, Old Navy, Levi’s, AllSaints, Quiksilver and Puma.”
