Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Tribeca Associates’ 235,000 s/f office building at 130 West 42nd Street.
The NKF team of Executive Managing Directors Ben Shapiro and Brad Needleman and Associates Matthew Augarten and Emma Kistler are marketing the leasing opportunities for the building.
Located near Bryant Park, the 29-story building features pre-built, furnished spaces with 13 ft. ceilings and boutique tower floors.
Located between Broadway and Avenue of the Americas, the building offers easy access to transit options including major MTA subway lines and the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
Tribeca Associates, a private real estate firm specializing in hospitality, residential and commercial assets in Manhattan, owns and manages the property.
By focusing on turnkey, furnished pre-builts which streamline the leasing and move-in process for boutique firms seeking immediate space, ownership and NKF look to create additional value to the property for prospective tenants.
Ownership has transformed the building since controlling the property in 2015. Over the past four years they have modernized the lobby, installed new elevators, renovated all building systems, and elevated the building’s prebuild standard to assist in transacting on over 120,000 RSF of newly leased space.
