Kent M. Swig, president of Swig Equities, LLC, announced the completion of more than $1.5 million in capital improvements to 825 East Gate Boulevard in Garden City, Long Island.
The completed renovations were celebrated at the property with a reception for more than 40 Long Island area commercial brokers.

Over the past year, Swig Equities took over management of the 80,000 s/f property and oversaw building-wide renovations and improvements which included a renovated lobby and entrance canopy; renovated elevators and mechanicals; upgraded electrical service; backup duel fuel generator; and resurfaced parking area.
