RKF arranged the lease on behalf of the landlord and tenant for the 2,141 s/f store consisting of 1,641 s/fon the ground floor and 500 s/f in the basement.
RKF’s Robert Cohen, executive vice president, together with director Jaclyn Totolo, arranged the lease on behalf of Swarovski Retail Ventures, LTD.
The landlord, RHC Operating, was represented by RKF’s executive vice president Gary Alterman and director Pamela Haber.
“Swarovski was quick to recognize the high-profile retail opportunity at 365 Madison Avenue,” said Cohen.
“The space at the base of The Roosevelt Hotel will provide key visibility and offer the prestigious brand access to significant foot traffic along Madison Avenue and the broader Grand Central market.”
