Stan Johnson Company, a national net lease brokerage firm, has been exclusively retained to locate a buyer for a Class A retail condominium at 1991 Broadway on the Upper West Side.
The property is being offered for $39.5 million.
Jason Maier and Jeff Karp of Team Maier at Stan Johnson Company are handling the marketing of the property.
