The owners of popular Manhattan hostelry, Sidebar in Union Square, are set to open a new bar in Williamsburg.
M Properties announced is had arranged a long-term lease between Paul’s LLC and Beach Block Hospitality for the space at 64 Frost Street.
The former beer garden space will be transformed into a bar and restaurant, according to Max Lu of M Properties, who represented the ownership.
The existing space features approximately 2,000 s/f of indoor space with a skylight, and 1,500 s/f of outdoor space.
CCM Property Management represented the tenant in the transaction.
