New Street Realty Advisors has arranged 3,000 s/f long-term lease for Pathways Children’s Services at 1445 Madison Avenue.
Pathways is a school that provides educational and therapeutic services to children with special needs. It will be constructing a new state-of-the-art facility in the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) property.
Christopher Bruggers, Joshua Gettler, and Matthew Gorman of New Street Realty Advisors acted on behalf of Pathways and dealt directly with representatives from NYCHA.
According to the brokers, Pathways was attracted to the Upper East Side location as it sits directly across the street from Mount Sinai Hospital.
