The new AT&T store in Lake Grove, a 4,164 s/f space located at 2093 Smith Haven Plaza, was leased working directly with Matthew O’Grady of C&B Realty.

In Carle Place, the 5,000 s/f store at 235 Old Country Road was leased from Jim Dalta of Park East, LLC.

AT&T’s new location in Valley Stream, in the Plaza at Green Acres, is a 4,500 s/f space leased from Jeremy Isaacs of Ripco Realty in conjunction with Macerich.

These new stores will be part of AT&T’s Store of the Future initiative, which aims to usher the technology retail experience into a new era.

To support the initiative, AT&T focusses on acquiring prime retail pad sites outside of major malls.
