Brookfield Office Properties Inc. announced that Bonobos, the menswear brand, will open a signature e-commerce store at Brookfield Place in 2015.
Bonobos’ e-commerce stores, “Guideshops,” offer men a one-on-one shopping experience with a personal guide to navigate the brand’s assortment of product.
Guides help customers find the appropriate sizes and styles and then place their orders via the Bonobos website, to be shipped directly to the customer within one to two days.
The brand has two current Manhattan locations on Crosby Street and West 25th Street.the new Guideshop will be a “creative addition to the destination fashion collection at Brookfield Place,ˮ said Brookfield in a press release.
“The Bonobos team is thrilled to open a Guideshop at the inspired shopping destination, Brookfield Place, in the spring of 2015,” said Erin Ersenkal, Bonobos’ vice president of Guideshops.
The 10-year lease for the 1,140 s/f space was negotiated on the tenant’s behalf by Justin Fantasia of RKF. Brookfield was represented in house by Hogan as well as by Stephen Plourde of The McDevitt Company.
