Manhattan Skyline Management Corp.has signed a lease agreement to bring Agave, a Southwestern restaurant and tequila bar, to 488 Third Avenue.
Located on the northwest corner of East 33rd Street in Murray Hill, this marks the second location for the restaurant, with its original outpost in the West Village.
The long-term lease is for 2,028 s/f of ground floor space, with an additional outdoor space for seating and 75 feet of frontage.
Joshua Roth, vice president, Retail Leasing for Manhattan Skyline, represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Jason Gerbsman of Hudson.
