MB Real Estate has completed a lease on behalf of Barbizon Hotel Associates, an affiliate of BPG Properties, at Barbizon/63, a luxury residential condominium at 140 East 63rd Street.
The spin class leader SoulCycle, has leased the remaining available commercial space previously used as the sales office for the condo project.
Previously known as the Barbizon Hotel, the property was converted by BPG to a high-end residential condominium in 2007.
MB Real Estate’s managing director Gere Ricker represented the owner in the 4,123 s/f ground floor transaction.
“We are very pleased to have assisted the owner in securing a reputable tenant for the commercial portion of this project.” said Ricker.
