Software phenom making innRoad on Eighth Avenue

The Kaufman Organization secured a seven-year, 16,000 s/f lease for innRoad, a leading software-as-a-service solution (SaaS) company that integrates property management, global distribution, bookings and marketing for independent hotel businesses of all sizes, at 519 Eighth Avenue on the 15th floor.

Relocating from 261 West 35th Street, and after recently garnering $1 million in new funding, innRoad will be using the space as its new headquarters as the company continues to grow.

“We are excited to have innRoad, a uniquely innovative company join 519 Eighth Avenue,” said Steve Kaufman, president at Kaufman. “Kaufman’s location provides the ideal space for rapidly growing companies to thrive in due to its ideal Garment District location, updated loft-style office spaces and state-of-the-art communication infrastructure.”

Kaufman, along with Barbara Raskob and Yvonne Chang represented the landlord, Kaufman 8th Avenue Associate. Jack Petrie and Eva Shih of Gerorinda & Associatesrepresented innRoad.
