Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. announced a new lease with luxury beauty brand Elvis + Elvin New York for its first-ever brick and mortar store.
Located in SoHo at 73 West Houston Street, the boutique will also serve as the brand’s flagship location. It is expected to open in the first quarter of 2020.
Previously, Elvis + Elvin skincare and beauty products were available through the brand’s dedicated shop-in-shops at Harvey Nichols locations in Hong Kong. Soon after, Elvis + Elvin debuted in the United States wholesale market, bringing the products to salons and beauty stores across the country.
Elvis + Elvin New York’s flagship store consists of 500 s/f of ground floor space with 25 feet of frontage on West Houston Street and 13 foot ceilings.
Located between West Broadway and Wooster Street, the space formerly housed children’s clothing brand Bit’z Kids.
Joshua Roth, Vice President, Retail Leasing for Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., handled the deal for the landlord in-house. There was no broker on the tenant side.

Another 500 s/f space, located just next door at 71 West Houston Street is currently available through Roth at Manhattan Skyline.
“We’re thrilled to bring Elvis + Elvin to their first home, and for it to be in New York City where the idea for this modern and elegant brand was born,” said Roth.
“Elvis + Elvin has developed a loyal customer base devoted to its line of skincare, haircare, makeup and beauty products, which will now all be available under one roof. This SoHo location is the perfect spot for their flagship store, with high visibility in a well trafficked retail corridor and terrific neighboring tenants.”
