Faith Hope Consolo, Chairman, and Joseph Aquino, Executive Vice President of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group have arranged the first New York City location for skincare specialist Infinite Beauty at 1031 Third Avenue, on the northeast corner of 61st Street.
The company showcases a variety of collections specializing in organic products containing thermo-mineral water and organic oils, elementsfrom the Dead Sea, cosmetics with gold elements and diamond powderin exfoliating treatments that restore the skin’s luster. The company has stores in affluent areas along the east and west coasts, from Boca Raton to Annapolis and White Plains, NY, to Roseville and Palo Alto, CA.
“Beauty is one of today’s most important categories and Infinite Beauty is a preeminent brand,” says Ms. Consolo. “The Manhattan store is the ultimate multi-line concept, with an expert team of consultants for advice on products and certified aestheticians for facials and more.”
Adds Mr. Aquino, “This area is both a center of fashion and commerce, so Infinite Beauty will become a relaxing time-out splurge at lunchtime and an oasis of beauty for a more leisure-oriented crowd. Interestingly, the company’s primary focus is on exclusive skincare products.”
Among the brands found at Infinite Beauty are Forever Flawless, Vina Vera, Gold Elements, organically derived Gratiae and Infinique, Premier, Deep Sea, DFI and Tresor Rare.
Formerly a Laila Rowe store, Infinite Beauty will be close to such businesses as Arche, Kusmi Tea, Variazioni and Biscuits & Bath — all leases arranged by Ms. Consolo and Mr. Aquino – as well as Ethan Allen and Bloomingdale’s. Ms. Consolo and Mr. Aquino represented the landlord and the tenant, which also worked with its own consultant, DJK Realty.
