Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 5,000 s/f lease for sculptor Brooklyn Breeze, at the vacant parcel of land at 430 Johnson Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
James Dario Jr. and Fred Rufrano of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant, Brooklyn Breeze, while Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez, also of KDA, represented the owner in the deal.
The sculpture artist is relocating from a space in Williamsburg and will use the land at 430 Johnson Avenue as an outdoor studio space.
The vacant parcel offers access to Manhattan and Queens via the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, and major thoroughfares Flushing and Metropolitan Avenues.
