Savills Studley has announced the launch of Savills Studley Academy, a multi-year business mentoring program designed to harness the talent of the firm’s rising stars through an infrastructure of connectivity, relationship building and shared intellectual capital.
The program welcomed its first class of brokers, analysts and consultants from around the country with three-full days of sales training seminars, team building activities, leadership development initiatives and high level networking sessions.
“The future success of Savills Studley can only be achieved by realizing our existing potential and supporting our next generation of professionals,” said Savills Studley CEO & chairman Mitchell S. Steir.
“Savills Studley Academy ensures that our firm’s future leaders continue to cultivate our distinctive, client-focused culture – one which is entrepreneurial, innovative and fosters collaboration.”
Savills Studley Academy, created by senior executives Robert Sevim (Chicago), Josh Gorin (Los Angeles) and Greg Soffian (Philadelphia), is a structured program that guides, supports and nurtures its participants.
The mission of the two-year mentorship program is to accelerate growth, expand the firm’s tenant-focused platform and optimize the firm’s talent base in all markets and disciplines.
“Savills Studley’s growth is driven by its people. By creating a culture-driven, success-oriented program that provides employees with the guidance needed to unlock their full potential, we make a meaningful investment in both our people and the future of the company,” said Robert Sevim, Savills Studley Executive Vice President and Co-Head Chicago Region.
Jeremy Helsby, Savills Plc Group CEO and Savills Studley Academy mentor said: “Savills is a people business and we take great pride in the value we place on investing in our staff’s development and progression. Our internal mentoring and leadership programme has been hugely successful in other parts of the business and with its three strong leaders and impressive first year participants, the Savills Studley Academy will undoubtedly continue this success.”
