Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has awarded the leasing assignment for two prime Bergen County, New Jersey office buildings to Colliers International, announced Jerry L. Barta, the Hackensack-based company’s vice president, director of leasing and marketing.
Heading up the assignment are executive managing directors Rich Mirliss and Richard Madison of Colliers International’s Parsippany, N.J. office.

The Colliers team will market the landmark Court Plaza, a multi-building, 335,000 s/f class A property opposite the Bergen County Courthouse in downtown Hackensack, and the 200,000 s/f Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights.
Court Plaza in Hackensack consists of the 10,000-square-foot Court Plaza East at 19 Main St., the 160,000 s/f Court Plaza South at 21 Main St., and the 165,000 s/f Court Plaza North at 25 Main St. Constructed in the 1980s, the buildings are located near I-95, I-80 and Routes 4, 17 and 46. Features include covered parking, a fitness center and a full-service cafeteria.
“Court Plaza has historically been one of the drivers of the resurgence of downtown Hackensack,” said Robert Martie, executive vice president-New Jersey region for Colliers.
“The entire downtown continues to undergo a revitalization,” said Madison. “Court Plaza’s location is an attractive option for people who want to be in a vibrant downtown, near shops, restaurants and other amenities. This is a great building with great amenities and services.”
“Our marketing effort will be to focus on this revitalization and all the benefits that this location provides,” said Mirliss. “It offers a prestigious Bergen County address with a downtown feel.”
Colliers will be looking for regional companies that need to be in the northern Meadowlands for the 777 Terrace Ave. vacancies.
The six story Hasbrouck Heights is located adjacent to the Hilton Hotel and Conference Center, and the key intersection of I-80 and Route 17, near Route 46.
