Sage Realty Continues to Grow with Additions to Operations and Marketing Teams

Sage Realty (Sage), the leasing and management division of the William Kaufman Organization (WKO), continues its exciting period of growth with the appointments of Michael E. Keaveney as Director of Property Operations & Engineering, and Mikayla Nissan as Senior Marketing Manager. Both bring extensive real estate expertise and will operate out of Sage’s NYC office at 767 Third Avenue.

In his role, Keaveney will oversee the physical operations of Sage’s three-million-square-foot commercial office space portfolio. Keaveney has more than 20 years of experience specializing in commercial real estate management and construction, and held various positions in property management and critical systems engineering. Prior to joining Sage, he served as Senior Vice President & Director of Operations and Construction at WatermanCLARK, a private commercial real estate investment and operating company. There he was responsible for real estate operations and construction of the company’s current office and retail portfolio, where he provided due diligence and underwriting for new investment opportunities.

Nissan, who joins as Senior Marketing Manager, will direct and develop the organization’s marketing, branding, and PR strategies and campaigns across the corporate brand level, as well as property-specific. Prior to joining Sage, Nissan led the marketing, branding, and PR campaigns at SHVO, a luxury development and investment firm. During her professional tenure, Nissan has led marketing, branding and PR campaigns for numerous residential, commercial, hotel and mixed-use properties.
