Continuing to expand its efforts in the New Jersey retail real estate market, Sabre Real Estate Group LLC’s, the metropolitan area’s newest retail brokerage, has hired Jennifer Star as a senior associate.
”We have been looking for the right broker to join our New Jersey team and support our national accounts. Jen was the perfect fit for us” said Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre, noting that almost 40 percent of the brokerage’s business has been done away from the firm’s base on Long Island.
Star is working on the New Jersey expansion programs of Starbucks Coffee, Blink Fitness, Chocolate Works and Bareburger.
Prior to joining Sabre, she spent two years at RJ Brunelli & Co., a retail-leasing firm in Old Bridge Township, NJ, where she worked with such tenants such as Dollar Tree, Pure Barre, Rook Coffee and Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza.
