Rose Associates has been named exclusive leasing and managing agent at Renoir House and Electra.
Located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, the properties are comprised of more than 300 market rate apartments.

Renoir House, located at 225 East 63rd Street, was constructed in 1962 and its spacious apartments are being renovated and upgraded with plank floors and stainless steel appliances. The building, with 150 apartments, has a full-time doorman and select homes offer expansive terraces.
Electra is a full-service rental property at 354 East 91st Street. The top floor is being transformed into an amenity space. Located in Carnegie Hill, the 23-story Electra was built in 2003 and features 163 apartments, all with private balconies.
