“We are thrilled that after three years running leasing for Solil Management’s massive portfolio in New York that Jeremy has rejoined RIPCO. Jeremy was a valued member of our Manhattan leasing team for many years and we’re honored that he’s decided to rejoin us in Florida,” said Mark Kaplan, Chief Operating Officer of RIPCO. Jeremy is a skilled dealmaker with fantastic landlord and tenant relationships. There’s no doubt that he’ll successfully transfer many of those relationships along with establishing new ones in South Florida.”

While in this position, he was responsible for the leasing of hundreds of vacancies as well as focusing on tenant relationships, covid workouts, renewals and tax appeals. I’m confident my passion and drive will be well received in the Florida market, which has been an attractive place for business throughout the pandemic.”
