Improvements to the large, 3,000 square foot roof terrace at 90 Fifth Avenue are planned to feature a pergola accompanied by abundant plantings, along with a covered, heated area with conference table and outdoor flat screen TV. The lobby renovation is in the planning stage, with materials currently being selected. Within the building, tenants will enjoy high ceilings and abundant natural light through the building’s many large, south-facing windows.
