Digital analytics company Return Path Inc. is continuing to grow its footprint at Charles S. Cohen’s 41-story tower at 3 Park Avenue.
The firm has signed an additional 23,000 s/f lease comprising the entire 30th floor at the building, located on the northeast corner of East 33rd Street.
The long-term lease brings the firm’s total presence in the building to approximately 46,000 s/f.
The space, which features 360 degree views of Manhattan, includes state-of-the-art modern finishes and 14 corner offices. Return Path also occupies the entire 41st penthouse floor of the building.
Ira Rovitz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in the long-term leasing transaction, while Marc Horowitz, director of leasing at Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., represented the building owner. Asking rents were $65 per square foot.
“We’re delighted that one of the top names in New York’s tech community continues to grow its business at 3 Park Avenue,” stated Cohen. “The views, amenities and access to transit at our building are second to none.”
