Related announced that hospitality group rhubarb and chef Dan Doherty will partner to open the group’s first international restaurant at Hudson Yards.
rhubarb and chef Doherty will open a 5,800 s/f restaurant and bar on the fifth level of The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards. The yet-to-be-named restaurant and bar will open in March 2019.
The restaurant will be created by interior designer Robert Angell.

Chef Dan Doherty said, “I love New York and have always been a fan of the food scene there, so I was really excited when rhubarb approached me to work as chef partner on the Hudson Yards project. It’s an incredible site, and with an all-day offer, there’s something for everyone. I can’t wait to get in the kitchen!”

The second dining location at Hudson Yards for rhubarb will be a 10,000 s/f bar, restaurant and event space on the top of 30 Hudson Yards, the neighborhood’s tallest tower. The venue will open in late 2020 and occupy the top two levels of the 1,296 ft. tall building, which will also house the neighborhood’s observation deck, the highest outdoor viewing area in the Western Hemisphere, and the fifth highest in the world.
