Reidy Contracting Group has received several awards for recent projects. These awards come from IDA, Architecture Press Release, World Design Awards and Architecture MasterPrize Awards. The Warner Brothers Discovery Global Headquarters was recognized a number of times. Located at 230 Park Avenue South, this 13-story building offers a wealth of existing architectural character in its cast iron and terracotta structure, use of brick and classical proportions. This LEED+WELL-certified project was a full upgrade of a historic building in Manhattan’s bustling Flatiron district.

IFMA New York City Chapter recently announced 2022 Awards for Excellence Winners. Reidy’s Warner Brothers Discovery Global Headquarters won 2022 Design & Construction of a New Facility (Over 300,000 sq/ft).
IDA recently announced the winners of the International Design Awards. The new Warner Brothers Discovery Global Headquarters won Silver in the Interior Design/Office and Service Center Category. This
project also received Honorable Mention.
Architecture Press Release recently announced the winners of the Urban Design + Architecture Design
Awards. The new Warner Brothers Discovery Global Headquarters, received Silver in Interior Design (Built) category. This same project won Gold in the following categories:
