Realty ONE Group’s UNbrokerage concept aims to help residential brokers

Realty ONE Group has rolled out a new UNbrokerage concept for residential brokers.

Founded by Kuba Jewgieniew in 2005, Realty ONE Group focuses on disrupting the real estate industry through advanced technology and a business model that seeks to empower its real estate professionals.

The new concept provides real estate professionals free business tools, technology, coaching and resources as well as access to the company’s recently launched ONE University, an online educational platform.

Burke Smith, Chief Strategy Officer at Realty ONE Group added, “While other brokerages invest in technology that aims to replace real estate agents, the UNbrokerage invests in tools and resources that empower the local real estate professional so that they can achieve greater success, faster.”

Realty ONE Group has over 8,800 professionals in 80 offices across 18 states and is ranked among the nation’s fastest-growing firms by REAL Trends
