Private Aviation Company Relocates Headquarters to 220 East 23rd St.

JLL has completed a lease for approximately 3,982-square-feet of office space at 220 East 23rd St. in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood on behalf of A. Shalom Realty &  Management Company.

evoJets, a private aviation company that provides on-demand jet charter services nationally and internationally, will occupy the entire 13th floor penthouse of the property. The company was founded in Aspen, Colo. in 2006, and is headquartered in New York City.

220 East 23rd St. is a 13-story, commercial office building located in Gramercy Park between 2nd and 3rd avenues. The scenic area is highly desirable for its historic architecture, central location and proximity to various attractions and institutions such as Baruch College, Gramercy Park and The School of Visual Arts. The area also offers convenient access to the 23rd Street subway station servicing the 6 train.

Originally constructed in 1921 and also known as the Media Arts Building, the property offers amenities that include tenant-controlled air-conditioning, polished concrete floors, in-suite restrooms and oversized operable windows. Pre-built units ranging from 1,000 square feet to 8,400 square feet have attracted various business and tech firms to the space.

The JLL team of Bill Korchak, managing director, Edward DiTolla, senior vice president, and Henry Warner, associate vice president, represented the landlord in the transaction. evoJets was represented by Peter Johnson and Leah Zafra from Avison Young.
