Platinum Properties celebrated the holiday season and its continued success with friends and colleagues at Cipriani Wall Street. Despite a snow storm, Platinum hosted more than 200 guests. The steadily growing firm, which is known for such notable transactions as the $13 million penthouse sale at 200 Chambers Street and the $25 million Continuum Miami penthouse sale, had a lot to celebrate in 2013. Platinum has quadrupled its exclusive listings in the past year. Additionally, the firm has seen the overall dollar value of its exclusive listings increase threefold as the firm’s focus on representing premiere properties expands.
