Citi Habitats recently held a breakfast event at The Royalton Park Avenue hotel to honor the firm’s top producers – in addition to the firm’s Annual Celebration at penthouse lounge, 230 Fifth Avenue.
Hosted by Citi Habitats president, Gary Malin and president and CEO of The Corcoran Group, Pamela Liebman, the event featured presentations by the firm’s top management and distribution of awards in several categories.
Among those honored at the ceremony were the company’s leading producers, who were recognized as follows:
Agents Mike Schulte and Johnny Lal took home the awards for Rental and Sales Deal of the Year, respectively – while Emily Sangervasi from the New Developments team was named 2017’s Employee of the Year.
Josh Sarnell and Carolina Gontijo were tapped as Rising Stars of the Year Companywide, while Judy Stepeck was honored as Salesperson of the Year Companywide for Rentals.
For the second consecutive year, Alex Gandelman took home the award for Salesperson of the Year Companywide for Sales and Overall Production.
In the “teams” category, the Wilder Team (led by Jed and Lindsay Wilder) took home the award for Team of the Year Companywide for both Rentals and Overall Production. In addition, the Johnny Lal Team was named Team of the Year Companywide –Sales.
At the evening company-wide celebration, over 600 of the firm’s agents, staff and industry friends enjoyed a night of drinks, dinner and dancing to celebrate the brokerage’s shared success over the past year.
