Douglas Elliman has acquired VESPA Properties Group, a boutique brokerage based in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn.
Co-founders, Pietro Costa and Denver Butson, will be joining Douglas Elliman as The Costa Team and will continue to operate throughout the Brooklyn community with a focus on Carroll Gardens, Boerum Hill, Park Slope and Cobble Hill.

VESPA Properties Group was launched by Costa and Butson, both long-term residents of Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens, in 2007. The duo and their team have expertise in both rentals and sales.
