Pearlmark Welcomes Steve Gordon, Managing Director

  Steve Gordon has joined Pearlmark as a Managing Director in Pearlmark’s New York City office. Mr. Gordon joins Pearlmark with a focus on debt investment organizations and capital formation, bringing over 25 years of real estate investment experience.

“I look forward to joining Steve, Doug, and the rest of the Pearlmark team. I am excited to contribute to the team in debt investments, organizations, and capital formation, ” commented Mr. Gordon.

Mr. Gordon joins Pearlmark from Hunt Companies, where he served as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Hunt Capital Management. Prior to his time at Hunt, Mr. Gordon served as Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners and Sorin Capital, and as Partner / Portfolio Manager at MKP Capital Management. He also served as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where he oversaw Non-Investment Grade CMBS Trading. He received his BS in Finance from Penn State University.
