One World Property Advisors, a New York City-based full service real estate brokerage firm specializing in the sales and marketing of commercial properties in New York and Miami, has been launched.
The firm has been co-founded by Vlad Sapozhnikov, a real estate professional with over 15 years of real estate experience who is most well-known for being the co-founder of Manhattan online auction firm, Bid on the City.
Elena Borokhovich, a real estate professional with over 12 years of real estate experience in investment sales and development arenas, is also a co-founder.
The firm will concentrates on investment sales in the multifamily, office, retail and hotel sectors and is also experienced in structuring and introducing capital partners for various transaction types, including acquisitions, redevelopment and note purchases.
Additionally, One World Property offers commercial leasing, residential rentals and sales services which are necessary in order to provide full scale of services to investors/clients, particularly those who are overseas.
The firm currently has eight advisors working deals that have recently included the sale of a 5th floor condo at 40 Broad Street for $6.3 million and the sale of a 74-key Madison Avenue hotel for $28.5 million.
