Avison Young has been selected as the exclusive office leasing agent for 1099 Wall Street West, a 120,000 s/f office building in Lyndhurst, N.J.
The Avison Young team of Senior Vice President Steven Geltzeiler and Senior Vice President Patrick Eichner, based in the firm’s New Jersey office, will oversee leasing for the building on behalf of Onyx Equities, which manages the property on behalf of an institutional client.
“The Onyx Equities management platform has a history of increasing the value of our client’s assets, and one of the ways we do this is through retaining the most strategic and knowledgeable leasing teams in each submarket,” stated Michael Nevins, Onyx Equities’ senior vice president of asset management and leasing.
“We’re confident that the plan that Avison Young has put into place for 1099 Wall Street West will lead to increased deal volume.”
Avison Young is currently marketing spaces ranging from 850 to 8,600 s/f at 1099 Wall Street West, a three-story building that features various tenant amenities, including on-site management, parking and a recently refurbished lobby and restrooms.
The building, which is wired for high-speed voice and data transmission, is situated in the heart of the Meadowlands region, offering direct access to routes 3 and 17, Interstate 80, and the New Jersey Turnpike, and is minutes to the Lincoln Tunnel.
The property is in close proximity to banks, restaurants, daycare, hotels, a health club and other amenities. There is also direct NJ Transit Bus service to New York City nearby.
“Onyx Equities has done an excellent job of readying 1099 Wall Street West for tenants that value the unique combination of institutional ownership, economics, quality, location and top-flight management,” Geltzeiler said.
