One Hanson condo block hits market

Meridian Investment Sales has been retained to sell seven fully-occupied commercial condos at One Hanson Place in Downtown Brooklyn.

Senior executive managing director David Schechtman, along with Lipa Lieberman, Abie Kassin, Scott Burk and Richard Velotta, are marketing the asset.

Built in 1927, One Hanson Place is a 41-story building. Meridian’s listing features seven fully-occupied medical condos on the third and seventh floors, totaling 9,947 s/f.

“One Hanson Place is an iconic landmark, which continues to appreciate in value,” said Schechtman. “All seven medical units have annual increases and reimbursements, which makes this asset an attractive investment. Investors will be able to increase rental rates, if and when units become available, and take advantage of strong demand for the limited high-quality product in this premier property.”
