The alliance aims to leverage the strengths of their respective platforms in the New Jersey market by Normandy naming Cassidy Turley as the leasing agent for a significant portion of its New Jersey office portfolio totaling approximately 1.1 million square feet.
Raymond Trevisan, a Normandy principal, and William O’Keefe, a Normandy senior vice president, have joined Cassidy Turley, where Trevisan will lead the firm’s New Jersey operations.

Trevisan will be named a managing principal at Cassidy Turley. In addition to serving as a principal at Normandy, he was previously a first vice president at CB Richard Ellis.
Before that, he founded his own law firm, where he specialized in negotiating property acquisition and lease transactions. He is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and has recently served on its Board of Directors. His Juris Doctor degree is from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
Prior to Normandy, William O’Keefe lso worked as a leasing broker for CBRE.
