I & I Real Estate, a firm specializing in residential rentals and sales and off-market commercial investments, announced its official launch today.
The new company, wholly owned and operated by Eyal Amir, Aviad Cohen and Danielle Rantapaa is located at 419 Lafayette Street . It has eight agents with plans to expand immediately.
I&I Real Estate will provide services that cover the complete range of residential categories including condos, co-ops, lofts, townhouses, and rentals. The company said it has “a crowd of VIP clientele from the fashion industry” and will concentrate on providing white-glove service to them.
The firm said it will also deliver a full business plan to those seeking off-market commercial investments.
Prior to founding I&I Real Estate, Eyal Amir, managing director, had three years of real estate experience and worked at Miron Properties and Metropolitan Property Group as an agent. As managing director of I&I Real Estate his responsibilities will include recruitment and managing I&I sales and investment departments.
Aviad Cohen, co-founder, formerly worked at Miron Properties for three years and before that managed a certified organic catering company. Cohen works with landlords and owners from all over NYC who are looking to sell or rent their homes or propel their investments to greater heights.
Danielle Rantapaa, co-founder, comes to I&I Real Estate with five years of real estate experience having previously worked for Anchor Associates as a senior sales agent. Born and raised in Israel, after successfully completing her military duty, Rantapaa enrolled in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem where she graduated with a degree in economics.
“’I&I’ is an expression conveying the concept ‘One is all and all is one,’” explained Eyal Amir. “Our core belief is that there is no “I” in a “team”; it’s that state of unification we want to convey to our clients by our name and brand. It is our obligation to treat everyone the way we would hope to be treated – with respect and courtesy.”
