Developer of  47-27 5th Street is an LLC of the same name and design is by Isaac & Stern.

Homes at the building range from  674 to 948 s/f. Kitchens feature custom Italian-made white oak finished cabinetry; Liebherr refrigerator and Bosch range and dishwasher. Baths have porcelain tiling, Kohler faucet & showers, Moreno toilets, LED Vanity mirrors and heated flooring. Every unit is equipped with an LG washer/dryer. All upper-floor units have outdoor balconies. Building offers storage units, for purchase.

47-27 5th Street has achieved a NYC green property certification. It is located two streets away from LIC’s Hunters Point South and Gantry Plaza State Park.

LES building will have sports courts, 4 pools and bowling alley

Extell’s One Manhattan Square is offering a first look at its indoor amenity collection. Meyer Davis Studio has designed the interiors, including the 50,000 s/f of indoor amenities, which span four floors.

Wellness offerings include four pools,a full-sized basketball court, a squash court, a golf simulator and a bowling alley. The spa is centered around a sunken tranquility garden surrounded by private treatment rooms, a sauna and hamam. A full floor is also devoted to fitness, including a gym with views of the New York Harbor. The gym offers several private training rooms and studios, including cycling, pilates, yoga, and dance studios.

Additional amenities include two lounges with full kitchens, as well as a wine tasting, cigar room, billiards room, and cinema where an in-house team curates events from wine tastings to intramural sports. 

Offering a variety of 1-3 bedroom homes, prices for available units start at $1,222,000 and go up to $1,711,000 for one-bedrooms. Two-bedrooms range from $1,895,000 to $2,863,000. Three-bedrooms range from $3,635,000 to $4,326,000.

Carnegie Hill condo partners with 92nd Street Y on amenities

Ceruzzi Properties has teamed up with the 92nd Street Y on a children’s amenity program for the Hayworth, a new Carnegie Hill condo building.

The Hayworth’s community-inspired amenities were designed by Lee Mindel of SheltonMindel. For the children’s amenities, The 92nd Street Y team coordinated the children’s amenities. 

The design and music elements in The Hayworth’s brchildren’s room were created in consultation with childhood and music experts from 92Y and the children’s library is filled with recommendations from 92Y experts and the neighboring Corner Bookstore. Additionally, residents of the Hayworth are given priority access to the venue’s talks and parenting classes.

For adults, Ceruzzi Properties also turned to The Corner Bookstore to curate a collection of New York based authors for The Hayworth’s library and an ongoing program of book clubs and panels. Butterfield Market, an Upper East Side staple, will act as the food concierge to the building.

For fitness amenities, the gym features cardio, strength, functional performance and training equipment.

The Great Room features a billiards table and catering kitchen for private events and seated dinners. Additionally, residents have access to a landscaped rooftop with a seating area and fireplace for al freco dining and barbecues.

Senior development opens in NJ

Hackensack Meridian Partners has opened the Villas, in Manalapan, New Jersey offering 55-plus living with amenities and a focus on wellness. The 100,000-s/f apartment community is situated within seven wooden acres and also includes gardens, paved walking paths and manicured grounds.

The building includes open-kitchen dining, a casual lounge and cocktail bar a coffee bar, a fitness center and onsite physician services.

There’s also a movie theater with luxury-recliner seating; a live-entertainment venue; a full-service salon; a day spa, and an onsite bakery with a pizza oven.

For residents who can no longer live independently, the development allows for relocation to a better-suited specialized floor with assistance in the same building.

Independent Living residences are available as one-or two-bedroom, and studio apartments, with monthly rates starting at $4,950, including three gourmet meals per day, cable TV with over 200 channels, weekly housekeeping and linen services, and additional services and activities.
The Villas is located at 289 Gordons Corner Road, Manalapan.
