Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices growing and has moved to new office

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) New York Properties has recently moved from the 37th floor to the 40th floor, of its Plaza District location at 590 Madison Avenue.

BHHS New York Properties opened in 2017, as a vital link to the ongoing global expansion of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. 
Since then, the company has continued to grow and currently has more than 60 sales professionals.

BHHS New York Properties is a part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties and Westchester Properties family, under the leadership of CEO Candace Adams. The combined companies have more than 1,800 agents throughout Manhattan, Connecticut, Westchester County and Rhode Island, and achieved approximately $3.7 billion in sales volume in 2019. BHHS which has affiliates in key global cities, is actively looking to further expand into Europe, as well as select cities throughout Asia and Latin America.
