Skyline Developers announced that ML House, the first and only ground-up luxury rental building in Bryant Park, is 50 percent leased since launching in January 2019.
Located at 1050 Sixth Avenue, ML House features a collection of 62 open-concept residences paired with a suite of lifestyle amenities.
“ML House represents the next step in Bryant Park’s evolution into a thriving live, work, play community,” said Orin Wilf, president of Skyline Developers. “ML House will cater to high-end renters looking to move into an exciting and central neighborhood.”
ML House was designed by Gene Kaufman Architects. It rises 25 stories and features studios to two-bedrooms, some with private outdoor space. The penthouse has a private rooftop overlooking Bryant Park.
The amenities at ML House include a state-of-the-art fitness studio with Woodway treadmills, Peloton bikes, and Precor strength training equipment. A second floor terrace with an adjacent indoor lounge offers a quiet retreat and Luxury Attaché provides residents with concierge services including moving assistance, co-ordination of personal appointments, dining reservations, event planning and more.

Columbus venture on home straight

90 Columbus in Jersey City has hit the 75 percent leased mark.
More than 400 of the 539 luxury apartments have been rented in the 51-story tower since coming to market in November, according to developers Ironstate Development Company and Panepinto Properties.
The Marketing Directors is oversee the leasing program.
“Like Jersey City itself, 90 Columbus reflects an evolution in the lifestyle experience sought by today’s renter which is centered around the best of city living,” said Michael Barry, president and CEO of Ironstate Development Company.
“We’ve successfully attracted a wide range of residents through great design, an amenity package that delivers both recreational and communal work spaces, and a vibrant location with walkable access to neighborhood dining, retail, nightlife, culture and transportation.”
The new residential tower is the fourth and final phase of The Columbus Collection, a mixed-use offering jointly developed by Ironstate and Panepinto Properties that comprises 1,484 rental residences, a 152-suite Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, an 1,000-space enclosed parking garage, and street-level retail space housing Base Gym and Sprove Market Place.

Parisian interior architect Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance and landscape designer Bas Smets embraced nature, color and shapes in a lobby attended by a 24-hour doorman and full-time porters, a two-story communal lounge with a winter garden, and communal workspace, all featuring leafy green plantings.
Residents also have access to a 60,000 s/f outdoor landscaped roof deck with a pool, BBQ grilling stations, sport court, dog run, and children’s play area, and receive free membership to the street-level, 30,000 s/f Base Gym.
Rents start at $2,995 for studios, $2,950 for one bedrooms and $4,120 for two-bedrooms. Immediate occupancy is available.

Closings underway at Shore House

Shore House, a 71-unit “ultra-lux” boutique condominium in Jersey City has commenced closings and initial occupancy is underway.
Strategic Capital, the investment arm of China Construction America, developed Shore House as part of the larger Park and Shore, which comprises two residential buildings with a total of 429 condominiums and a collection of luxury amenities.
The waterfront development, located on North Park in Newport, is the first condominium development in the area in nearly a decade.
Park and Shore are nearly 70-percent sold and the fastest-selling new development in Jersey City.

Park and Shore features a full suite of shared amenities, including an Olympic-size swimming pool, wine-tasting lounge with private dining room, putting green, children’s play area, co-working lounge, and Sky Lounge with a chef’s table, terrace, and views of the New York skyline.
