NAI Fennelly Closes Over 17,000 Square Feet of Healthcare Transactions in the Third Quarter of 2022

NAI Fennelly, one of New Jersey and Pennsylvania’s most experienced and successful independent full-service commercial real estate service providers, announces it has negotiated 17,361 square feet of healthcare leases and sales across central New Jersey in the third quarter of 2022.

NAI Fennelly’s transactions span the healthcare industry and include physical therapy, dentistry, neurology and special needs services. Among the largest leases are a 3,802-square-foot lease with a division of Fresenius Medical Care at Whitehorse Executive Center in Hamilton, N.J.,  a 2,464-square-foot lease with Lawrenceville Smiles in Lawrenceville, N..J., and two leases combining for 4,700 square feet with Kaleidoscope ABA at Whitehorse Executive Center and at 231 Clarksville Road in West Windsor, N.J.

“There continues to be healthy activity from healthcare practitioners looking for space across central New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania,” said Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, President of NAI Fennelly. “Despite the emergence of telehealth services, we continue to see healthcare tenants prioritize securing approachable and convenient physical offices. Considering the high competition among healthcare tenants in finding these premier locations, it continues to be important for them to work with an experienced real estate services team to provide the solutions needed to suit their unique business needs.”

While telehealth demand spiked early in the pandemic, many patients have reverted to their pre-pandemic healthcare service routines. Insider Intelligence and FAIR Health reports that July 2022’s total national telehealth visits comprised only 5.3% of all medical claims with the overwhelming majority of visits being conducted in person. Amidst the continued search for spaces to expand or relocate practices, the NAI Fennelly team’s expertise and marketing knowledge will continue to be relied upon by the healthcare community and business owners hoping to create real estate solutions that meet their long-term needs.
