Winick Realty Group announced the availability of a multi-level retail opportunity at 95 Madison Avenue, located between East 28th and East 29th Street in Madison Square’s furniture district.
Winick president Steven E. Baker, executive vice president Darrell Rubens and brokers Ross Burack and Jeremy Schwartz are marketing the space, which sits at the base of the Emmet Building, a 100-year-old architectural gem.
