On May 19, Moss Construction, in collaboration with El-Ad National Properties, celebrated the topping out of ALINA 220, an award-winning luxury residential tower in the heart of Boca Raton.
More than 500 people attended the celebratory barbecue, complete with music and raffle prizes for the construction team. A palm tree was hoisted up to the top floor to commemorate this milestone – a signal that the building’s outer structure is complete and has reached its final height.

This topping out celebration marks a significant milestone in our journey, and we are excited to see ALINA 220 – the last of three towers – come to life,” said Brett Atkinson, President of Moss in South Florida. “The ALINA Residences will be a landmark in downtown Boca Raton, and we look forward to seeing the tower completed.”
The luxury high-rise residential tower designed by GarciaStromberg and EDSA, will include 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive balconies. Each of 152 units will offer views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, or Boca Raton’s vibrant cityscape. The ALINA Residences also include an exclusive suite of thoughtfully curated amenities, including a private spa with a dry sauna, aroma steam rooms, private locker rooms, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Outdoor amenities include a rooftop lap pool and sun deck with cabanas and a shaded lounge, a dog park, and landscaped areas for dining and entertainment.

Now the momentum is continuing with the topping out of ALINA 220. We are still experiencing huge demand for ALINA’s spacious indoor/outdoor residences as we achieve these exciting construction milestones.”
Moss expects to complete ALINA 220, the third phase of ALINA Residences, in the fall of 2024.
