MHP has been awarded the exclusive leasing agency for 295 Madison Avenue after the building was bought for $213 million by the Eretz Group.
MHP represented Eretz in the purchase of the 336,000 s/f building located on the southeast corner of 41st Street and Madison Avenue.
The seller was Westbrook, which had owned the property in partnership with the Moinian Group. Eastdil represented the sellers.
David Greene, principal and president of MHP, said their is currenlty 35,000 s/f of space available in the building.
“Eretz Group liked the location and quality of the building and intends on continuing to improve the building with high end modern build outs,ˮ said Greene.
