TF Cornerstone announced that Century Medical & Dental, a multi-specialty medical clinic, has signed a 20-year lease for 7,900 square feet of ground floor retail space at The Max at 606 West 57th Street, a 1,028-unit rental building in Hell’s Kitchen.
The new medical clinic joins Lightbridge Academy, a leading early education and childcare center, at The Max, which signed a 11,500 s/f retail lease last year.
“TF Cornerstone is always looking for retail tenants that will benefit not just our residents but the entire neighborhood,” said Steve Gonzalez, Director of Retail Leasing at TF Cornerstone.
“We are happy to welcome Century Medical & Dental to 606 West 57th Street. Along with Lightbridge Academy, families in Hells Kitchen, Midtown West, and the Upper West Side will be well served with new childcare and medical services for the community.”
Manu Wendum and Lee Block from Winick Realty Group represented Century Medical & Dental. Steven Baker and Daniyel Cohen, also of Winick Realty Group, represented TF Cornerstone.

The medical center plans to open by the end of the year.
