Media tech firm ITN expands to 49,882 s/f at WKO’s 747 Third Avenue

The William Kaufman Organization (WKO) announced that four companies have completed long-term leases totaling 59,626 s/f at at 747 Third Avenue in the Grand Central district.

Media technology company ITN Holdings, LLC, formerly known as ITN Networks, has finalized a 15-year lease for an additional 15,100 s/f on the entire 11th floor. The new space is in addition to the 34,782 s/f of office space it currently occupies on the entire 5th floor and portions of the 3rd and 4th floors.

With the new lease, the firm’s total presence at 747 Third Avenue grows to 49,882 s/f.

Hedge fund sponsor Geosphere Capital Management completed a three-year, 4,557 s/f renewal on a portion of the 26th floor; T&R Productions finalized a new, three-year 3,132 s/f lease on a portion of the 3rd floor; and financial planner O&M Partners inked a two-year, 2,055 s/f renewal on a portion of the 15th floor.

Michael I. Lenchner, vice president of Sage Realty Corporation, the leasing and management division of WKO, represented building ownership. ITN was represented by Ira Schuman and Daniel O. Horowitz of Savills Studley.

Geosphere Capital Management was represented by Jeff Lovell of Cushman & Wakefield. T&R Productions was represented by Bobby Blair of Jones Lang LaSalle. Asking rents for current available space are in the $64 to $69 per square foot range in the building.
