Currently located at 770 Broadway, Prometheus expects to relocate to its new offices in August. The long-term lease brings Worldwide Plaza to 100 percent occupancy. “We are proud to welcome yet another iconic media company to our building,” said Peter S. Duncan, president and CEO of George Comfort & Sons, who heads the investment group, WWP Office, LLC. WWP Office, LLC is a partnership comprised of George Comfort & Sons, RCG Longview, DRA Advisors, and New York REIT, Inc.

Chris Mongeluzo and E.N. Cutler of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in the 10-year lease, while Mr. Duncan and George Comfort & Sons’ executive vice president Matt Coudert represented the building ownership. Asking rent for the space was in the low $70s.

According to Duncan, other media firms at Worldwide Plaza include M. Shanken Communications, publisher of Cigar Aficionado and Wine Spectator and public television company WNET.
