Brokerage firm Manhattan Skyline recently launched a “broker road show,” a company initiative for brokers to get out in the field and meet new clients.
New vice president of sales at Manhattan Skyline Concetta Raz is leading the program, and she set a goal for herself – meet 30 brokers in 90 days; and she’s already half way there after one month.
“Manhattan Skyline has an impressive range of apartments, not only in luxury doorman high rises such as the West River House, 205 E. 59th Street, and the Claridges, but also in unique properties, for example, historic landmark loft buildings like The Villager at 450 Sixth Avenue, or boutique high-end new construction at 55 Thompson Street,” said Raz.
The company is using social media to get the message out about their initiative, even creating a hashtag for the event – #brokerroadshow.
“All Manhattan Skyline residents have access to our concierge service, Sky’s the Limit, which does everything from book hard to get reservations to restaurants, show and sporting events, or privately held seasonal events, to setting up utilities and more,” said Raz. “I felt that all of these wonderful qualities of the properties and the portfolio should be communicated with the brokerage community, and face to face is always better than a generic email. The response has been tremendous and it’s been great meeting with all of these amazing brokers.”
