M & J Wilkow announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 11100 USA Parkway in Fishers, IN as part of a joint venture with a fund managed by DRA Advisors LLC.
11100 USA Parkway is a 350,000 sq. ft. building located just north of 106 th Street in Fishers, IN, along the
heavily traveled I-69 corridor. The property is also within a short distance from The Nickel Plate District
in downtown Fishers, and the recently developed “The Yard at Fishers District,” a 10-acre mixed-use
development that provides access to an abundance of restaurants, shops and entertainment options.
The office campus itself features attractive tenant amenities, including a cafeteria, an auditorium, a
fitness center and a significant amount of conference space. The property covers 39.4 acres of land,

This is M & J Wilkow’s ninth acquisition with DRA Advisors (and fourth in the Indianapolis suburban
office market). Other Indianapolis holdings include Keystone at the Crossing, Meridian Plaza and Lake
Pointe Center, along with office towers 11 and 20 Stanwix Street in Pittsburgh, Cherry Creek Corporate
Center in Denver, Colorado, and One East Erie in Chicago.
