Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, arranged a lease for a new restaurant that will replace the shuttered Avenue Café on one of the best blocks in Long Beach.
Sabre arranged a lease for 6,500 s/f at 20 West Park Ave. for a new restaurant, The Park – Sports Bar & Grill, which is expected to open in September.
The location is in the center of the city, opposite the Long Island Railroad station.
The site, known for having the longest bar in Long Beach, has 30 private parking spaces with additional parking available on the street and in a nearby municipal lot.
Greg Batista, a director at Sabre, represented the landlord, RJR Realty Group, while Paul Fetscher of Great American Brokerage, represented the tenant.
