Hollister Construction Services has begun work on the interior fit-out construction of a new Joe’s Crab Shack restaurant inside the recently opened Courtyard Newark Downtown hotel at 858 Broad Street in Newark, NJ.
Hollister previously completed the ground-up construction for another Joe’s Crab Shack restaurant in Clifton, NJ in 2011.
The 5,333 s/f restaurant in Newark is the newest addition to the seafood chain, which is owned by the Houston-based Ignite Restaurant Group.
“Newark is being revitalized with the opening of great new restaurants like Joe’s Crab Shack and Hollister is proud to a part of this movement,” said Kieran Flanagan, president and project executive.
“We have a great working relationship with the City of Newark and this project demonstrates what we offer both our clients and the broader community.”
